Lisa, I am another from a small town, French Settlement, Louisiana. Mail delivery here is also ridiculous. I have made it a habit, as much as possible, to know in advance how much is owed and to whom. I have to be diligent in doing this because sometimes my mail will arrive two weeks after the posted date. Of course many of these times is because the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address. What's really bad is there is only ten houses on my street! You would think it wouldn't be that difficult to get us straight.But I guess I shouldn't complain. At least I have that. My neighbors and I are still fighting to have our garbage picked up.
