I agree that lowering prices is wrong.
I do disagree about clients always going with the lowest price though. If I were to get laser surgery on my eyes, I assure you that getting the lowest price would not be my primary concern.
There are still clients out there that value expertice over price.
I think this is one of the primary positions of NALTEA, to elevate our industry to one of professional service rather than just a commodity.
