National companies usually use more than one person per county - I never knew anyone thought they just used one person.  You could be there #1 person but sometimes so many orders come in they delegate to more than one person and they also have to get orders filled when on vacation and sick time.  I agree with everyone - and learned this the first year - never worry about having too much work - marketing should happen every week - you should make sure you market to a certain number of companies a week or a month and diversify - I found that to be best - so many local companies, so many national companies, so many title companies - it helps balance the work load for the different types of companies and types of searches.
