I just read through your replies and I wanted to invite you to join forces with my squad. We ALWAYS prefer the independent and local over off-shore. We also want you to make money and we know that volume drives price. It's gotta make sense for both of us. If it doesn't then we don't move forward. We get that you are the people that provide QUALITY work and that there is an art to doing so.

My company is growing pretty rapidly and I am always looking for solid, dependable, thorough searchers; that are good with communication and eager to work. Right now the bulk of our work is in a handful of states but we have some very large clients that are continuing to send us work in more states all the time and we have managed to expand and grow throughout Covid 19 and expect that to multiply ten-fold after.
