I have a hard time with you telling everyone what their costs per order are - as discussed different areas have different costs and travel - perhaps a breakdown of your 10-15 would be in order.  I would love to see it - and then when we are on the subject - are you telling us that we are doing document retrievals basically for free because all our fees are covering are supplies and travel.  I guess we should double our prices per your calculations - thanks for the tip!
