I honestly dont see the blocking of online records happening. At best case scenario, I think it will be delayed. About the best I think is going to happen out of this is that you will have all "sensitive" info removed from online sources. Either that or they will do a "fee based" service and they will think that will solve the issue.


Now dont get me wrong, I think that any county anywhere that posts records online is definately increasing the risk of identify theft for its citizens 100 fold, but I think that in the end that the money and lobbying from places that want this sort of technology will win out.
