I know the two situations are a bit differn't, I usually don't refuse work. I think this was the first time I made a decision based upon emothion rather than good business practice, but we had really gone out of our way to accomadate this company and I had just had it. I had a simular problem with another client who used to use us alot and then decided our prices were to high and started pulling some work. The only time they would use us was for outlying rural areas, which we were losing money on. Finally said enough already. They still call us for these areas but are not willing to pay our price, which is really resonable.
