This is not unheard of . We have had things like this happen to in the past. Then to add insult to injury once we did a favor, the former client then dissappears again. We just handled a major mess for one title company that took several months to fix and have not heard from then since. Then I see someone else doing the work. Loyalty is important to us and we will bend over backwards to help good clients. The ones that lack the loyalty get no favors from us.
