Well, I didn't exactly tell them I wouldn't do their filing.  I am still happy to do their work, when they are willing to pay my fee.  I would have done this one the next morning but I wasn't going to have one of my abstractor stop doing work for other clients to go do it NOW. This was a case when they wanted a "special favor" that would have cost me $130 (lost productivity, and mileage) for a $25 filing.

We will do that for our good, loyal clients, but when they leave us for a cheaper abstractor, they can ask them for the special favors.
