Doug, I understand completely what you are saying "but" and this is a big "but" how do you keep that 20% line? My back ground is marketing for other people. I treat our company like it is my account and do a lot of marketing. No matter what I do we always end up with one very forceful strong account and a dozen weeker ones. When my husband was a buyer for a major computer manufacturer they were told to get an agreement from their vendors stating they would never be more that 50% of their earnings. I know this is serious but I can't get that balance.
