Yes, I did ask. The guy I talked to was flustered by my questions. He didn't even know "Frank's" last name. He put me on hold for a few minutes and when he came back apologized and told me he was just a salesman and did not know anything. He said he was a former abstractor and told me about it being a group of investors in NY. I also told him I think there are laws about unsolicited faxes. I am puzzled though... did no one else on SOT get a fax from them?

If they are what they claim to be I would just like them to answer my questions. I want to see an address, names of who owns this company. The guy did tell me that Lenders-America is registered as a corporation in the state of NY.
