I just checked them out Judy. You are right. They seem very pricey at $50 per county per year for an unproven directory. It might work for abstractors in the more metro areas but there is no way I can justify $2350 to cover my 47 rural counties. The $200 I spend here on Source of Title for an enhanced listing is money much better spent in my opinion.

I did find their contention that more and more banks are going vendor direct to be interesting. I haven't seen it but maybe they know something I don't.
