I agree with both of you.  Offering retreival services is totally different than offering an actual title report.  I think offering retreival services to the public is great.  But on the other hand, there may always be those few who push it too far and could wind up in a bunch of trouble.  I think it is a good idea Lisa if we do it on our own in our own areas and not as a group effort.
