Good observation.  The Enhanced Listings definitely become more valuable when we make the switch because there will be those who will not be willing to pay for ANYTHING - no matter how valuable we make it.

We have been pleased with our response to the subscriptions, and several vendor management companies have let us know they will be subscribing, some already have.  I received an email a while back from a gentleman who worked for a vendor management company.  He said that his job was to find abstractors to add to their network and Source of Title practically did his job for him.  I think these companies will recognize that it saves them a lot of time (thus money) to have access to all of this information in one location, and I believe that many of them will subscribe.  Of course, we all know that some won't, so the Enhanced Listing is a good idea.

Also, the subscription includes all of the information in our news and feature articles, as well as the video we are adding.  Jarrod spends a lot of time searching, and researching, topics that are of interest to this industry.  This additional information is one of the best sources for title industry news out there and we believe that this information will help title professionals prepare for the future of their business.  It is important to stay informed of what's going on in the industry around you.  It takes a lot of resourced to be able to provide this content and it does add value to the subscription.
