Loretta who let them start paying 35.00 instead of 50-60. It is your business - you tell them what you charge not the other way around. You don't say oh okay - it is very obvious from conversations with them that they will never tell you the truth. Like I said before and will continue saying - everyone needs to bring the pricing back up where it was if you have reduced it. We actually need more per order if they are going to in-house a bulk of the orders - that is just common sense - and while I am on the subject is anyone letting their local banks, lending institutions, title companies know that people are taking 3 month online abstracting courses and marketing to do business with them. That is why the fees have gone down - they have no experience and their pricing should have produced a "red flag" to companies but haven't or won't until the mistakes start popping up with the lawsuits.
