Okay, now I am getting frustrated which does not happen all that often.  First, you say you aren't making enough money per deal (no price increases in 8 years), THEN, you say you no longer do "backup abstractor" work.  Which is it Loretta.  Are you after a small, independant business model for a very select few clients OR are you looking to get the most out of your services/expertise, thus, marketing and the CDB for market must be taken into consideration....JT
