You are doing a wonderful job, so don't worry about the people that will always complain about one thing or another!

Your site is wonderful as well as the service you are providing for you have sacrificed alot in putting the SOT together and your efforts are not futile my friend!

The person who has not recieved work from your site or anyone else may not be taking a positive approach to the situation and may not be utilizing all the resources you site has to offer.

Another thing in getting and maintaining a working business relationship is customer relations which many individuals are not very strong at.
