I don't really understand your point Jonathan. Even the most trained eye cannot distinguish between a legitimate document and one that is clipped and pasted together from other digital documents. In fact, once these documents are submitted to and accepted by the county recorder, the documents are in fact legitimate public records.

How will you distinguish between a mortgage, deed or other dccument filed fraudulently by an identity thief and one filed legitimately by the property owner? The signature will be exactly the same. The notary acknowlegement will be legitimate but pulled from another document.
