Thank you for your reply.  Although I started my thread out by saying that I did NOT know all of the circumstances, I did feel compelled to place the posting, not necessarily regarding Mr. Chisolm OR you, whom I have never met nor done business with, but regarding the industry as a whole. 

Those who have read my postings from the past know full well I am the last individual who thinks he or his company's are perfect, nor did I elude to such comedic statements in my posting.  I simply try, whenever possible, to remind individuals who are in this industry to do whatever it takes to remain strong and positive while providing the best possible service.  We, as title professionals will NEVER survive against bundled service lenders, et al if we do not stay strong.  NOT providing a service which one is offering is NOT a good way to maintain business.  FURTHERMORE, IF YOU ARE SUGGESTING THAT THE CLIENT DOES NOT PAY FOR THE WORK THEY ORDER, OR PAY AFTER NET 30 DAYS, THEN, AS I HAVE SUGGESTED MANY TIMES BEFORE, DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR WORK...HOWEVER, IF YOU DO ACCEPT IT, PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU ARE BEING RETAINED TO PROVIDE...Thank you again for the reply and I too wish you nothing but the best in the future, personally and professionally...JT
