This ones easy.  I would have declined as well, however when the second question was asked I would have responded something like this. 

"Well there is this new girl who just started searching that I met in the courthouse the other day. She said she had taken some online course on how to do current owner searches.  It must be a good program cause she seems really busy everyday looking through the same books and asking me all kinds of questions.  I don't think she would mess up too bad on your searches or open you up to too much liability.  Let me get her number today and I will call you back with it."
