That makes sense then - the abstractor that I know that is having trouble doesn't have the background I do.  I didn't have trouble getting approval - just didn't know where to go at first.  I prefer to stay with my state farm agent who is providing everything else for me.  They know me and have been my agent for years.  When I was first in business though they were not offering that type of insurance in my state.  Keeps making payments to the same person for all insurance needs much easier and the more I insure the more cost breaks I get.
