I agree with Barb. Yesterday we ran into exactly what Barb is talking about. We found something we felt was important... made a copy... faxed the copy and not 15 minutes later received a phone call tell us they did not order that doc and would not pay for the copy. Now the funny thing is I was not even going to charge them for that copy... I considered it "customer service".
