SOT will have to add the ability for the vendors to directly order on this site first I would think.  Marketing before having the tools would not be smart.  On the other hand, one other comment Robb said to me he would have to charge the NVMC companies too much to cover me and him to be able to utilize me.  I don't need Robb to market me to NVMC and I don't think anyone else does either.  If his company is not a NVMC then he should not be marketing as such but rather be asking us if we would accept subcontract work from him if the need arises.  To me that is totally different.  I have only reduced my rates to another abstractor so we could both make some money - but never to a business, title company or NVMC.  It's a business courtesy here to help each other out if we can.
