Maybe my SHARPNESS was mis-managed, however, I came in the office this morning to over 10 "not nice" emails because of my SOT-grand pecking order-post.   So I am a little defensive and irritated this morning that so many people think that my post was a statement about how much money I'm going to make off of your hard work.  Maybe you should be venting to a VMC like ATM, or Trans Union who place unrealistic expectations and demands on the abstractor.   All I did was ask for pricing and a few other necessary questions from some companies. I didn't demand a pricetag of $35.00 or demand you use email or demand the product be uploaded on my website.  I simply ask for pricing, then I posted my findings.  My intention was to shed some light on the industry for some people, but it back fired, now I'm perceived as some money hungry VMC that doesn't care about anything but my pocket book

I am offended.
