I have to disagree.  The problem is there are so many willing to do it for less.  The national VMCs have gotten prices so low that Robb has to compete too.  Its not his fault, abstractors have agreed to lower prices and that means that since people are doing searches for as little $35 Robb has no choice but to work for less.  Just like the rest of us.

At least Robb recognizes that fees are too low and has actually encouraged the abstractors realize it too.
