We talked about something like this in Dallas.  But my questions are: 1.  Are you the only abstractor in any one given county so you know you get all the work and if not, is there some sort of guaranty of work, where you get it first up to so many orders then someone else gets the rest. 2. Can they just set up an escrow account of sorts or something like a paypal account where they tell you out of how ever many orders you did you owe them x amount and then just transfer them the money.  3.  Any why can't they just take it off your initial fee before they pay you? Showing the deductions on the check stubs.
I would be very careful in reading that contract.  Let you attorney look it over for sure.  I am curious who is doing this.
