Wow, you opened my eyes to even more of the cons of doing this electronic filing. Someone could type a deed to my property and have it recorded and bam!!!, they have a deed to my property.
An attorney will have to have original documents to prevent things from becoming really sticky. I would then have to prove that I did not transfer the property.
