As a matter of fact, the counties that I cover in Maryland, are not online.
I have to actually pull the judgment books, which is not the norm for some people. It can't hurt me in the long run if I do not have the option of doing online searches.
Counties like Anne Arundel and Prince George's, just to name a couple, are online, but I do not want to cover those counties. I pay a yearly access fee to access land records online from my home computer, I love that option. I know exactly what copies I need to look at and get copies of when I get to the courthouse.
