I agree with Jay you should never bad mouth a competitor. Nine times out of ten that will backfire on you. The problem is though how do you let someone know that the person they have hired is not playing by their rules... specifically the rule that states no on line searching. You can promote that you do not do those type of searches but bottom line is they will go with the cheaper search. They obviously do not know that the other abstractor is doing on line searches. Perhaps you and abstractor A should talk to abstractor B. Tell this person that the companies she is working for have issues about on line searches and that you will give her the opportunity to deal with the problem. Make it clear that if she doesn't you and Abstractor A will.
Just a thought.
