Good observation of possiblities Doug.  I often wondered why some of the tight timeframes also - not like they are going to get the closing docs back from an attorney in 4 hours.  I was wondering if I could ask a favor of you though, after I get home from the courthouses my eyes are kind of tired from looking at all the screens and loads of docs - would you mind enlarging your print when you post - it would help a bunch.
