How many other businesses get away with a 60-90 day delay on paying?

I find that I have to pay my county copy cost on delivery or in very few
case a monthly bill, otherwise, NO COPIES are given out.

What is wrong with some businesses.

I don't want to act as a bank,  WITH NO INTEREST
