Yah, I got rathy with them too, and now get no work. But they were paying me less than the going minimum and wanting copies included, so I am just as happy not to work for them.
I believe HomeConnects is GMAC's in-house information company. If you are in an area where GMAC does a lot of business, they are a great company not to get rathy at, I guess. For me, in a GMAC-forgotten corner of Vermont, it's no great loss.
My suggestion would be to talk with your rep, or your rep's supervisor, and try to help them straighten out their payment problems.
