Robb - that is a really great idea! I am going to set up my fax and computer so that we can begin to send orders through email. I basically have all the stuff to do it, but now I am actually going to follow through and make it happen!
Anyway, I know faxing is a pain, but we still use it. One of my employees (who is older) doesn't like to mess with computers, so I just let her fax all her stuff (from her house). My office is in a separate location and to make things run faster, we fax from three different locations. It is no problem for me to set this up, but my two employees don't have the same equipment in their homes that I have. This is why we still use faxing since it is expensive to have to set up two other locations to do this.
By the way, my new email is urbantitle@zoominternet.net and I can receive orders through this address.
