For sure diversification is the key. We went as far as to get our private investigative license back again after 21 years of just title research. Turn times are certainly an issue, I've been sent orders they want back in 4-6 hours. Which at times is obtainable, however, there doesn't seem to be an increase in willingness to pay extra for that service. The industry as a whole has changed a lot since the crash of '08. We've had to adapt and offer different services. We've survived and hope that going forward there will be an abundance of work for all of us.
