several document retrieval orders that require extensive searching,

What might I be missing?   If I get a doc retrieval order, it better contain the liber/page or doc number, otherwise It is some other form of order with a high fee, otherwise they can re-assign it to someone who wants to  "work for nothing" to do the SEARCHING.
