I leave my house at 8:30am. I do not wait for the Fed Ex or the UPS man to come around with any packages before I go to work. They do not get to me until 11:30am (and that is early am delivery for my neck of the woods). That would be ridiculous. There are a couple of companies that will send me something overnight and call me the next day to get recording information. I can't understand why they think that I wait around for the mail, jump in my car and record their document the same day. My helicopter is in the shop and the courthouse hasn't put in the landing pad yet.  I want to be back in the office by 3pm to write up title work. They really think that I am going to run out the door as soon as they send the document and have it recorded immediately, yeah right. Just like I don't expect them to run to the mail box as soon as I send them a bill, to mail my payment. At least I get to the recording the next business day and pray that they "eventually" get to my invoice. ha ha
