And I could not have said it better Loretta.  I totally agree with you.  I own 2 companies and have coverage if I vacation more than 2 days.  I also do not get calls before I get recordings.  Some do but most don't.  But I also agree with Kevin that the title company should have required a signature for delivery.  Besides how can a company expect us to wait around the office till a 10:30 drop and do the recording the same day.  I have work to do in the morning.  I don't wait around.  The sooner I get going to work the sooner I get home.

Though many of us here on SOT are friends with out having met, (many of us have met) we share our experiences and ask questions and do not think bad of each other.  We agree to disagree and as I said before, your unprofessional tones are not appreciated.  If you do not like what we post about, simply do not respond.
