Sir,  I do not work for your firm so I feel a little detached and impartial
about my comments.    Your comment about an e-mail,  confirmed fax, etc., run counter to the way most of my clients want to be "told" of my
plans to be gone.   If I am reading you correctly, to cma I need to start
using your methods: fax / e-mail, etc., in telling my clients about my plans,
even though they want it verbal.   Your system would let me cma, but
would possibly make my clients  _issed off to no end.  
   Why did you guys just not wait until she returned and have it recorded?
She has not said she did not have the doc,  in fact, she stated she called
your office and was cussed at about the situation.
