I had questions about abstracting software also, and the thread was later moved out of this forum and into the services offered forum, so search through those messages also.  One of the other SOT members had some great advice and help on forms and software he uses.  Currently, I am still using my own computerized forms and have not switched to another program.  I hope you can find something that works for you, and let us know if you do.  Kim
