Someone was offering to sell an abstracting forms program not too long ago and he will send it to you if you would like to view it.  It wasn't particularly what I wanted, but it might be conducive to the way you want your reports to look.  I am with you though, I would love to pull up a program that lets me insert information while at the courthouse and has actually been on my mind quite a bit lately.  One that you could enter information and tell it to duplicate it in different fields would be great too - like in all of the grantor spots, etc.  Some of my clients have sites though for reports to be entered into and I actually wish that they would offer to send the software for loading on laptops so we could just upload it to their site.  I have one client that I do data retrieval information for and they have this capability to upload the information instead of typing it directly in.  I felt that this was a well thought out capability of this company.
