I agree 100%.  We use UPS.  They put a pickup box right outside our front door.  In the five years we have been using them, we have had one problem.  One night, the driver forgot to pick up at our box.  They called us first thing the next morning and told us what happened before we even knew about it.  Then, get this, they paid for every per diem for all the mortgage payoffs which were delayed.
