The following note has always been on our Enhanced Listing Information Page:
* if multiple companies listed for a particular county obtain enhanced listings, those companies will be rotated randomly among themselves in the business directory, above all non-enhanced companies.
The ordering of the listings has never been "first come first served." We have not made any changes to this before or after you renewed your enhanced listing. You had a year of being the only enhanced listing in your counties, however someone else has purchased one and they are entitled to the same benefits as you.
At no time was the enhanced listing ever offered on an exclusive basis. To the contrary Source of Title has always been an open directory for all and we present the listings in a fair and ethical manner for everyone's benefit.
