I chased "Ralph" for 4 months for two invoices. I threatened to "shame him" in this forum and eventually I received a check. I faxed the invoices 3 to 4 times a day with the words "deadbeat" in bold black highliner. I think they just got tired of seeing my faxes. I never, short of confirming the first order, spoke to a live voice, no matter when I called. No one ever returned a voice mail or email. They are on MY "Black List"!!!
