Did you check to see if they were part of Source of Title, if so, you can review them and state that they didn't pay.

If they are not - Robert has clearly stated that for liability purposes they cannot have a "black list" on this site because there is no way to gauge the validity of the claim. 

You could always start a thread about those companies on here so anybody using the forum can see who they are.
