i.e., to summarize what I believe is what David is saying is the progress can remain - at the courthouse level - it just can't be blasted over Iraq and Iran and for everyone to see.  Progress as far as imaging and searching at the courthouse can continue - please someone find a new way to index those assignment and releases with no legals attached - that would be real progress - but please leave it where there is some type of security for the american people.  Trust me - people hate to go to the courthouse unless they have a real reason - and if those employees don't feel you belong there for some reason or another - they watch you - trust me there to.
