Kevin - I was under a contract with a company doing commerical reports and an attorney that I hired said even though it said in the contract that any disputes would be done in their home state that the provision is null and void because jurisdiction lies within the state the work is done - like David said - that it is not individual state law that covers where jurisdiction lies.
