Hi Loretta! I absolutely agree with you, 100%. If a search is conducted, we pay, even on no finds. Mistakes happen, nobody is perfect. I do not take offense to what you say at all. In my other messages, it says that the correct way to handle a situation such as this is to contact our company and work the situation out. I also mentioned that we were a victim of an industry stereotype. I see why now as Mr. Davis never has been in contact with anyone here.  I found it harsh to see my company name mentioned, especially when Mr. Davis has never been a vendor. That is the only reason I entertained such an issue. Please read the other posts regarding Mr. Davis in both forums and on Financial Dimensions so there is no confusion. I greatly appreciate your comments and your insight!!
