Thanks Adrienne and Robert for your insight!!! Most web based systems have HotFixes throughout the country which immediately switch the data from server to server in the event of a disaster or any incident that causes downtime. My company was a victim (not too long ago) of a company who housed data for us and sold it to companies. The data was purely client and network related (not any borrower information as we store all of that here). They signed a confidentiality agreement however still sold the information. Just something to think about!!
