After several discussions with different individuals and sources, I have decided I will no longer keep nor distribute the S*** list. There is no way to verify the information that is on the list, nor confirm or contact the companies listed. I have numerous companies on the list that I already do business with and have never had a problem with collecting my fees. The adding of company names to the list without any type of verification is unfair and unwarrented. I believe without verification, personnal feelings can interfer with business ethics and responsibilities...

I believe SOT has suffiently covered this area with the ability to review companies, both good and bad. Companies then have a chance to respond to no pay or slow pay allegations. Whether they chose to do so or not is up to them.
