At a First American Technology expo last year, they deomonstrated some really nice software.  The one I recall was Streamline ASP.  It is based on SMSs Streamline software, but it is entirely web based.  That provided a lot of great advantages. 

They also offered another, more robust package, but I can't recall what it was called.  It was more for very large operations wtih several offices.  I think it is what they have their coporate offices using.  I didn't really think it was right for me so I didn't get the details.
